Suntory is one of the world's leaders in non-alcoholic beverages, present in Europe through a broad portfolio of well-known brands. In Europe, the group coordinates the distribution of Schweppes, Oasis and other brands, as well as large volumes of promotional materials, point-of-sale displays and event resources.
Coordinating that on a European scale means several thousand SKUs, dozens of markets, scattered field teams — and, before we stepped in, thousands of emails.
Promotional material orders, POS display requests, campaign supplies: everything went through email between central teams and distributors/field teams across Europe. Thousands of unstructured exchanges, no reliable traceability, no consolidated view.
The stakes weren't just to build an online catalogue. It was to turn a critical operational process into a centralised tool, with the rigour of an ERP.
